![]() "Mach Punch" for Strikers and "Gravity Impact" for Blasters both chain perfectly into a "SuperK", but the point is that you need to reserve an entire skill slot to pull it off. I mean, there are entire skills that exist pretty much just to set up unvanishable Ults. Without setting up with a skill first, using unvanishable Ults is always cheesy because it either forces you to waste STM to avoid it or take the damage, and at low STM, you don't even get the option to evade.ĭoing unvanishable Ults (from Basic combos specifically) completely defeats the purpose of STM breaking the opponent to begin with, since you could just do them constantly until they're at low STM, and suddenly you're getting free, no-effort damage on the opponent. It's still cheesy even at low STM because it's just guaranteed unavoidable damage. With a Male Saiyan, there's' no need to do more than 1 Light attack since you could literally just do XY (Light->Heavy) into "SuperK" or "WarpK". Goku has performed the Kamehameha so many times of course he doesn't have to really think about it, and he's known the Instant Transmission technique for like 4 years at that point, plus Cell wasn't super far from him and because he has been fighting for so long he was basically already locked onto his energy. ![]() Posting videos from your own YouTube channel is accepted, but will be removed if it focuses on self-promotion rather than relevant Xenoverse content. I'd still like to know what he actually said since I have neither the manga or the anime in front of me. So I would imagine that he could learn techniques just as fast as Goku or Tenshinhan learned the Kamehameha and Vegeta learned the kenzein. Aside from his Middle-East meets Tudor-era England fashion sense, Goku now has the ability to teleport over great distances - a move taught to him by the people of Yardrat during the time skip. Cell also can mimic techniques of character he had never actually met such as Freeza. At least that is what is implied in the manga and anime.įor example when our heroes first sense Cell, they thought his ki seemed like a combination of their friends and enemies. ![]() In the fictional universe of Dragonball it would seem that Gero was able to "program" techniques into Cell biologically. Either that or Gero programmed them into him.Ĭell is definitely a unique character in Dragonball in that he is a genetically engineered monstrosity. I would say that learning a technique doesn't ingrain it in your DNA, but.maybe it does in Dragon Ball, since he knows a bunch of their techniques right off the bat.
